Support requests received outside normal support hours will be reviewed during the next business day.

1. ACCOUNT SUPPORT

If you’re having trouble creating an account, signing in, updating your profile, or accessing your SPILS account, contact us and describe the issue you’re experiencing.

Please do not send your password or other sensitive account credentials.

2. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If something in SPILS isn’t working as expected, email us with as much helpful information as possible, including:

• What you were trying to do
• Which SPILS space or feature you were using
• What happened
• Your device and iOS version, if known
• A screenshot of the issue, if helpful

3. JOURNAL, COLLECTION, LAB & ORGAN

For questions or issues involving Journal, Collection, Lab, or Organ, contact us at info@spils.app.

If you are reporting an issue involving private content, you do not need to send us the actual content of your Journal entries, Collection, formulas, or materials unless it is necessary and you choose to do so.

4. COMMUNITY SUPPORT

If you experience an issue involving Community content or another SPILS user, please use any available reporting or blocking tools within SPILS.

You may also contact us directly at info@spils.app for Community-related support.

5. ACCOUNT DELETION

You can delete your SPILS account using the account deletion feature available within the app.

If you experience a problem deleting your account, contact us at info@spils.app.

6. PRIVACY

For questions or requests regarding your personal information or privacy, contact us at info@spils.app.

7. SPILS 1.0

SPILS 1.0 is our first public release. We’ll continue refining the experience, improving existing features, and introducing new capabilities as SPILS evolves.
