Welcome to SPILS.

This Privacy Policy explains how DONERIK LLC (“DONERIK LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use SPILS, including the SPILS mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, “SPILS”). SPILS is owned and operated by DONERIK LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

By using SPILS, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you use SPILS, we may collect or process the following information:

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

• Email address
• Username
• Profile information you choose to provide, such as an avatar or bio

USER CONTENT

SPILS allows you to create and store content within its five primary spaces: Journal, Collection, Lab, Organ, and Community. This may include:

• Journal entries, fragrance experiences, notes, impressions, and related content
• Fragrance Collection information
• Lab formulas, ingredients, versions, and experiment information
• Organ materials, notes, inventory information, and related reference data
• Community posts, comments, and other content you choose to share
• Photographs or images you choose to upload through supported SPILS features

Private content is associated with your account and is not publicly shared unless you choose to share it through a supported SPILS feature.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information collected through SPILS to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Provide and operate SPILS features
• Store and display your content
• Process features you choose to use
• Maintain the security and reliability of SPILS
• Moderate Community content and respond to reports
• Provide customer support
• Improve, maintain, and develop SPILS
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. PRIVATE CONTENT

Journal entries, Collection information, Lab formulas, and Organ materials are designed as private account content unless you choose to share information through a supported SPILS feature.

SPILS does not publicly display your private content by default.

Access to underlying systems and databases is restricted. Limited authorized personnel or service providers may have technical access to stored information when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, or comply with legal obligations relating to SPILS.

4. LAB FORMULAS

Your Lab formulas are private to your account and are not publicly shared unless you choose to share them through a supported SPILS feature.

You retain ownership of the formulas and original content you create in Lab.

SPILS does not claim ownership of your fragrance formulas.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

SPILS uses third-party service providers to operate certain parts of the platform.

SUPABASE

SPILS uses Supabase for infrastructure, database, authentication, storage, and related backend services. Information necessary to operate your SPILS account and features may be processed or stored through Supabase.

OPENAI

Certain optional AI-powered SPILS features may use OpenAI services to process information such as fragrance-related text or bottle images.

Information is sent to these services only when you choose to use a feature that requires such processing.

These providers process information in accordance with their applicable agreements, security practices, and privacy obligations.

6. ANALYTICS, TRACKING, AND ADVERTISING

SPILS does not currently use third-party advertising networks or use your information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.

SPILS does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

SPILS may process limited technical or usage information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

7. COMMUNITY

Content you intentionally post to Community is intended to be visible to other SPILS users.

Depending on available Community features, this may include your username, profile information, posts, comments, and other information you choose to share publicly.

SPILS may review, moderate, restrict, or remove Community content when necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, protect users, or comply with applicable law.

Do not post information in Community that you wish to keep private.

8. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information stored through SPILS.

SPILS uses third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase, to store and process data.

No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SPILS, maintain your account, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you delete individual content through SPILS, that content may be removed from active systems. Copies may temporarily remain in routine system backups until those backups are rotated or deleted.

You may delete your SPILS account using the account deletion feature available within the app.

When an account is deleted, associated account information and user content are deleted from active systems, subject to limited backup retention, legal obligations, security requirements, or other circumstances where retention is permitted or required by law.

10. YOUR CHOICES

Depending on the features available within SPILS, you may:

• Review or update certain account information
• Edit or delete content you create
• Control what you choose to share publicly
• Delete your SPILS account
• Contact us with privacy-related questions or requests

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

SPILS is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

SPILS is evolving, and we may update this Privacy Policy as our features, practices, or legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we may update the Effective Date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy.
